STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. At Trellis Academy, STEM learning encourages students to explore ideas, ask questions, and solve real-world problems through hands-on discovery. Students develop skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication as they learn how different subjects connect.
STEM education is not only about science careers. It helps students develop curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that are valuable in any field — from medicine and engineering to business, design, agriculture, or the arts.
At Trellis Academy, Christian faith shapes the way we teach and learn. Biblical values such as integrity, humility, compassion, and responsibility are integrated into daily classroom life and discussions. We thoughtfully incorporate both Christian and traditional academic resources, always teaching through a lens of Biblical truth. All faculty members align with and support our school’s statement of faith.
This will be driven by our students and parents, and we anticipate offering Spanish, Music, Gardening, Art and Sports-related activities.
